  • In April 2013- Adelante Media attended the Internship Information Fair at Consumnes River College to discuss internship and career opportunities to students interested in the Broadcasting industry.

  • In May 2013 – Adelante Media attended the career fair held at Adelante High School in Roseville to provide students with information on career and internship opportunities through Adelante Media Group.

  • In June 2013- Adelante Media attended a career fair held at The Clarion Inn Sacramento held by Coast to Coast Career fairs to provide information on career opportunities in the broadcasting industry through Adelante Media Group offered nationwide.

  • Station Manager held monthly meetings with the staff to select initiatives for the employment unit and plan strategies to accomplish them. During the monthly meetings mangers and full time employees discuss concerns including job opportunities within the station, address issues such as employment procedures to ensure that all FCC and company policies are clearly understood and carried out.

  • Internal announcements were posted in the break room when positions became open, encouraging employees to apply as well as for employee referrals.

  • Adelante Media group provides internship programs in Programming, Promotions, Production, Accounting, Human Resources & Administration to High School & College Students which enhances their work experience qualifications as well as provides work credits needed for graduation.
